Terms of Purchase

The terms of purchase determine the procedure for ordering, payment, delivery, returns, and complaints for products offered on our website.

  • The Seller (Supplier) is Ideja d.o.o. (Janka Polić Kamova 103, 51000 Rijeka, OIB: 58724835598, tel: 051 436 255, e-mail: ideja@ideja.hr)
  • The Buyer (consumer) of the goods is a visitor to the webshop who selects at least one product, adds it to the cart, pays by credit card (coming soon), upon offer (bank transfer, net banking) or in cash on delivery.
  • Prices are stated as retail prices including VAT.
  • The currency is Euro (EUR).

Product Features

Main features: products are presented with text and photographs, and the information about them is compiled based on the Seller’s database.

Product photos are for illustrative purposes and may not always correspond in all details to the products that are the subject of the order. The Seller emphasizes that the visual identity of the product shown in the photograph may not correspond to the appearance of the product in reality, especially considering the settings of the customer’s computer monitor, differences in color perception as seen by the Buyer on the screen, etc. In the case of the aforementioned discrepancy between the product shown in the photograph and the delivered product, it does not constitute a product defect.

Information about products (product description, price, etc.) displayed on the website www.ideja.hr is subject to bugs, application irregularities, other technical irregularities, typographical errors, etc. In the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the data of the products displayed on www.ideja.hr, the Seller reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the contract (correct the order).

Only products indicated as available and in stock in the order can be the subject of the order. Due to the large number of orders submitted simultaneously on www.ideja.hr, it may happen that the information about the availability of the product is not identical to the stock status.

If the ordered product is not available in stock, the Seller will inform the Buyer that the product is currently unavailable, specify the deadline when the product will be available, agree on a new delivery date if necessary, and also offer the possibility of purchasing an alternative product that is available for delivery and which, in its characteristics, is closest to the product that cannot be delivered. In case of complete impossibility of delivery of the ordered and paid product, the Seller will refund all funds.

Payment Methods

By clicking on “Payment,” the buyer comes to a page where they can choose the desired payment method:

Payment can be made in the following ways:

  • cash on delivery (to the courier upon delivery)
  • credit card (for which Ideja Webshop has a signed acceptance agreement) – WSPay card payment
  • via PayPal or KeksPay systems (via WSPay payment)
  • by bank transfer
  • via a general payment slip or virman

In case of choosing to pay by credit card, select the option “WSPay – card payment” and click “Order.” Within the WSpay™ interface, choose the type of credit card with which the buyer wants to pay (Diners, MasterCard, and Visa) and enter the required information. When you click “Complete Payment,” the order details are visible. Then select “Order Confirmation” and the purchase is complete. The buyer will receive an order confirmation to the email address or be contacted by Ideja d.o.o. staff if, for some reason, the order cannot be processed as soon as possible. The WSpay™ system will also automatically send a confirmation email to the buyer regarding the pre-authorization of the card for the specified amount.

Note: At this point, the buyer’s card has not yet been charged for the specified amount. Pre-authorization means that the entered data has been verified and that a possible expense has been announced. When we confirm receipt, the possibility of executing the order and delivery, we will charge the transaction for the necessary amount (it can be equal to or less than the authorized amount if, for some reason, we sent only part of the order, in agreement with the buyer). For the protection of the buyer’s data, the WSpay™ system does not allow for a charge of a higher amount or insight into the credit card number. Ideja d.o.o. employees can only see the transaction number sent for payment or cancellation of the order that, for some reason, cannot be fulfilled. The WSpay™ system will automatically send the necessary information about the payment process or order cancellation to the buyer’s email address. The buyer’s credit card information is NOT STORED in the Ideja d.o.o. database, but solely and exclusively on the bank’s server. Ideja d.o.o. does not have access to the buyer’s banking information.

Cash on Delivery (in cash): Orders from the webshop can be paid in cash to the courier upon delivery.

Payment Upon Offer (buyer’s payment to the IBAN of Ideja d.o.o.): By choosing “Bank Transfer” as the payment method, the buyer will receive an order confirmation with payment details to their email address. The offer includes a 2D code that can be scanned with a mobile phone through the e-banking mobile application (so-called digital banking). An order created by choosing “bank transfer” as the payment method is valid as an offer that lasts for 3 days from the day of creating the order. After the payment is made, it takes 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) for the payment to be visible on the account, after which the goods will be packed and dispatched for delivery.

Order and Delivery

Orders can be placed online at any time of day or night, i.e., every day from 0 to 24 hours. We deliver products from our web shop through a reliable delivery service. We kindly ask you to enter your mobile phone number during registration in order to receive an SMS notification with the expected delivery time and so that the courier can contact you if necessary and arrange a delivery time.

All orders received on business days (Monday – Friday) will be processed immediately, and the shipment will be delivered as soon as possible. For orders received on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, the collection of the shipment will be arranged on the first following business day, and the shipment will be delivered as soon as possible after collection.

The cost of delivery will be shown on your order and invoice.

In case the selected product is currently out of stock, we will contact you and discuss whether you want to cancel the order in its entirety, partially cancel it, or wait for the product to come back in stock.

Return of Goods / Unilateral Termination of the Sales Contract

According to the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette No. 41/14, 110/15), the Buyer has the right to unilaterally terminate the sales contract if it was concluded at a distance or outside the business premises of the business entity (purchase via the internet or telephone).

The deadline for unilateral termination of the contract is 14 days from the date of signing the confirmation of receipt of the goods.

In case the Buyer decides to terminate the distance sales contract, they can do so without stating a reason by unequivocally notifying the seller of the termination of the sales contract before the expiration of the deadline. The purchased goods must be returned within 14 days from the receipt of the goods.

Unilateral termination of the sales contract is carried out by using the form for unilateral termination of the sales contract in one of the following ways:

  • the completed form together with the goods can be brought to the retail store of Ideja d.o.o. (Cambierieva ul. 9, 51000 Rijeka)
  • sent by mail to the address: IDEJA d.o.o., Janka Polić Kamova 103, 51000 Rijeka
  • by email to the address: ideja@ideja.hr
  • by fax to the number: 051 251 660

Download the form for unilateral termination of the Contract

The notice of termination of the sales contract must contain the following items:

  • Invoice number (received with the goods)
  • Name and surname
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Unequivocal statement of unilateral termination of the distance contract (according to the attached form)

If the Buyer unilaterally terminates the sales contract, they are obliged to, at their own expense, deliver the purchased products to the seller in one of the following ways:

  • personally bring it to the retail store of Ideja d.o.o. (Cambierieva ulica 9, Rijeka)
  • send it to the address: Ideja d.o.o., Janka Polić Kamova 103, 51000 Rijeka

The goods must be returned without delay, and no later than within 14 days from the receipt of the same.

The Buyer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods that has resulted from their use (or damage by the Buyer).

If the Buyer unilaterally terminates the Contract, the Seller (Ideja d.o.o.) will refund the received money, including the delivery costs to the Buyer (no later than 14 days from the date the decision to unilaterally terminate the contract was received and the goods were returned).

The refund will be made to the Buyer’s bank account. The refund will be made after the goods have been returned or after the Buyer provides proof that they have sent the goods to the address provided by the seller.

Return Shipping Costs

The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the Buyer.

Complaints about Damaged Goods in Transit

A complaint about a shipment damaged in transit to the specified address must be reported to the seller Ideja d.o.o. within 5 days from the receipt of the shipment.
It is necessary to send photos of the damaged product to the email: ideja@ideja.hr along with a brief description of the damage and the invoice number attached to the goods.

It is necessary to inspect external damage when receiving the shipment because by signing, you confirm that you received the shipment from the courier in undamaged packaging.

Consumer Complaints

Liability for Material Defects of Products

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (NN No. 41/14, 110/15, 14/19), the provisions of the Obligations Act (NN 35/05, 41/08, 125/11, 78/15) regarding liability for material defects apply to relations between the consumer and the trader in the case of a material defect on the product.
